The Mortal Man Inn is a good old fashioned English pub, which just happens to be set in the most gorgeous location.

Our traditional bar comprises of three separate sections, each made cosy by having its own open log fire. Seated in comfort, you can enjoy our carefully selected cask ales, malt whiskies, or perhaps a glass of delicious wine. For the walkers, maps are freely available for you to plan your next walk or discuss your day’s walking.

There is traditional, old English pub entertainment (folk music, poetry, folk tales and the like) advertised for certain nights, and there is free Wifi, board games, a dart board, cards and chess, should you prefer to make your own entertainment. There is an informal, unpretentious atmosphere which means you can just relax and enjoy good conversation and company.

Families with children and dogs are welcome at the Mortal Man Inn.

We are both in the CAMRA guide and the GOOD PUB guide.
