Our garden room is where we seat our residents for breakfast service, no better way to start the day than to eat freshly baked pastries looking at views down the valley.
Surrounded by the rugged fells of Troutbeck, this creates the perfect scenery in all seasons.
Our garden room can be hired out for private events or conferences, with packages ranging from tea & coffee, buffet or a sit down three to six-course meal.
We can do buffets to suit any budget & any event. Each one is customised to individual needs.

The garden room is also home to our crafty shop, this is a smal, but beautiful selection of different gifts that you can purchase for either yourself or a loved one.These are hand made and local as we always support small businesses being a small family ran businesses ourself.

Our Bookable Field
A peaceful, secure multi-use field – perfect for dog park hire, children’s play, or a bookable pre-made picnic.
Located next to a stream and with fantastic valley views, it’s a calm and scenic space tucked away from any chaos.
The field is fully enclosed, so dogs can safely run off-lead while you relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Look out for our new secure shelter dry space, being built in the next few months.
Coming 2026
Extra dog items are being added in the coming year to make this space a real treat.
